I just recieved this comment:

You have a good theme with your comics. The characters portray/ reflect REAL people in a call center. It makes the call center audience relate with themselves and at the same time non-call center audience experience the night shift life. Wishing callwork would continue and hopefully see it as one of the best selling humor book in the near future! More power to the Philippines outsourcing!

First of all, thank you for the support. Callwork comics just started out of boredom. There was a number of Callwork comics printed out last 5 or 6 months ago given to different call centers for free. (which includes Sykes, ACS, Eperformax, Client Logic, HSBC, Sutherland, Converys and Infonxx) Although the previous comics there were poorly drawn and has poor storytelling script, Callwork still continued to improve for all audience. I am also hoping to get this published in a book form someday and will go on office tour for distribution. But again, that if I have the time. Meanwhile, you can also send your own experience/ jokes or artworks to hazelmanzano@yahoo.com and get it published here in this blog. Also check your company's website or newsletter... Callwork comics may appear randomly.

I'm also a call center drone and I really like your strips.

From what I've read, these could be based on your experiences as a CSR (read: inbound). It would be nice if you could also explore the other people of the industry like the outbounders (telemarketers, collection agents, appointment setters,)transcriptionists, mancom/workforce people, HR, Tech< QAs, etc by experimenting with characters and story arcs involving them.

Hi leo! yup definitely. I have done other accounts (outbound, collections, travel, etc) back in the old comics printed out. Don't worry, they will be out here soon when I get the chance to redraw them again.
