Hi there! I want to work at a call center but I'm not really sure what to expect. I've been looking for a job that really pays well and I thing that call center job is it. My only concern is that my English is not good enough and my voice isn't either. But I saw interviews of call center agents whose English was just as bad. Is English really used much when you work as call center agent? What else do I need to know before I apply for one? Hey, great blog by the way. And the strips too. I will surely link your blog when I start mine. Yours is funny. I'll keep coming back. Whew! Sorry for writing you a novel :D See ya! Strip some more hahaha I mean, you know... -eb
anonymous - i like people who are determined like you.In my company, we have a program called "near hire" for people who fail the english test. the program is like a training class sponsored by the Philippine gov't. remember to practice english everyday with your friends and family. watch english films and try to avoid tagalog movies. english is very very important in a call center. email me your resume if you're interested in applying in ACS (it's in makati)
