QA Feedback to TL:

- Agent should use more plausible alias so as to be more credible to the customer.

- To show more ownership, responsibility and accountability, he should have given the given alias of his supervisor

- It would help improve the agent's performance if you whack him in the head with a clipboard. It's more effective than a memo in making him improve upon his error

- Can you ask HR why and where the heck they got that agent

when i was still working in a call center, i actually have a teammate who uses the alias "darna" haha..i remember her na nmn..haha..
