Callwork will no longer be published in Connections for the ACS people out there. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to work with such a talented and dedicated team.
I started my call center career in Sykes back in 2002 where I spent 1 year and 8 months then moved to ACS where I stayed for 3 years. Yeah, this is where I got all those dumb ideas for callwork.

oh alright.
ako i have this feeling na i'm really for this industry. i learned a lot of things and i get paid pa. the work is challenging, never boring. its not just easy like what other people say... sila kaya sumagot ng calls! hehe. cheers hazel!
