Haayyyys. Our HR consultant is a terror too. Employees have to call pa 30 mins before the shift pag aabsent tapos dedecide niya rin kung valid ung reason mo.
PFfffft.
it's supposed to be two hours before shift so i guess your hr is being lenient... :)
