Here's another classic line from agents...
Jeff: thinking: My computer is not moving anymore!!!
Customer: "hello? still there?"
Jeff: sorry ma'am, I can't access you right now. my system is currently updating...
Jeff: What?
Team Leader Ken: Are you really from University of the Philippines? Please use proper english!

Agent might be autofailed instead for using a Filipino English Idiomatic Expression.

On this note, agents are discouraged from reading reading "More the Manyer". The author and illustrator may be funny but the content may cause decline of call quality
