It will very much come in handy at times like these
call centers used to have a one year bond back in the old days. you would need to pay if you are termed or resigned in less than a year stay in the company. tinanggal na ngayon yun... call centers are thinking they would have more applicants kapag walang bond :(
Naalala ko pa nung nag apply ako sa CVG from Teleperformance. Hiningian ako ng CVG ng waiver from my old company or else no work.
