Trying in another Call Center

Translation:
Cathy: I should try in other call centers since there are too much unfulfilled promises here.
Rhea: Well, I'll support you Cathy as long as it's for your career growth
Cathy: Thanks
Rhea: just give me your mirror, pillow, figurine...
Cathy: wait wait.. I'm not yet sure if I will make it so return it first!

Nice article.

That's the sad and awful truth sa industry natin. Unless the government GMA would do something to improve the work condition and improve the long run performance of the industry.

I would rather ask for the next one to assume office to further develop the local economy so we won't have to rely on call centers as a source of livelihood

manong calbo - truth is, this is a depressing job.. well, quite. Some would think moving to another call center resolves the depression and eventually when their expectations where not met they will move again to another one.

QAR - I agree! why do we rely on call centers nowadays? it shows some incompetence. It can stunt our developing country in the long run because creative and skilled people are not using their potential to improve the overall industry of the country to be somewhat standalone.

Hazel,

At best the outsourcing industry is only a crutch much like OFWs until we get enough foreign investors to bring their business here or for our local businessmen to build up their businesses.

However, you cannot deny that this industry is the leading provider of entry-level to those grads who can't find work
