Call Center Pricing

Some things you can think about: Pricing yourself. Are you one of the aspiring leaders who wants to know how much you cost in the market? Here it is:
You're a rep and you are thinking of applying as a supervisor. The minimum you can go for is 25k per month (approx. 12-15 agents).
You're already a supervisor and you feel like applying in another call center. You will be ranged around 35k to 50k a month.
You're thinking of applying as a manager, but you have limited experience. You can ask for 50k to 80k per month.
If you are applying as a manager and will be handling 8-10 teamleaders, you can ask for 80-100k a month.
You just can't get enough eh? Okey go for director/AVP for Operations. You can ask for around 250k a month (or more)plus gas allowance of 20k a month. Also consider how many accounts you will be handling.

So, how much are you? :)

Callwork jokes in english - Although making all the jokes in english would help promote philippine comics, your point is well said.

I'm not sure but I think kuya lyndon suddenly made beerkada in english for the fans... but honestly, reading beerkada in pure english makes me feel weird. Parang ndi ko na ma-feel ung mga characters.

Anyhow, for callwork it's really not a problem since a lot of callwork jokes are already in english. Of course, they're supposed to be speaking in english. =) but then, I really love callwork strips when they are speaking in english then suddenly deliver punch lines in filipino. Masnararamdaman ko... hehe =)

You're post is a major eye opener. it made me realize how under-employed we are at our call center
