seriously, they should have enough beds...
When I started in Sykes Robinsons summit back in 2002, there wasn't any sleeping quarters... maybe thats the reason we always feel tired as call center agents. We don't sleep and our lunch break was only 30 mins. wonder how they are doing now
The only thing we have at our call center is a conference room/lounge we call the "Quiet room"
You can sleep there on your break as long as it's not used for training, marathon meetings conducted by one of our OMs, or if our baklita trainor/HR Dominatrix decides to take a nap, lock the room, and have it for himself for a few hours
super agent - only during break? how aabout if you need to sleep after shift before going home?
