gerrycho - nah, i don't know any catherine rosana... taga san call center siya?
catherine rosana is a call center agaent i believe from PLDT DSL... she had a recorded conversation with a customer na nakipagpalitan sya ng murahan, naiyak pa sya sa linya...
her famous line was...
"sir raul! wag nyo naman akong murahin, kasi emplayado lang ako dito!" tapos pumalahaw na sya...
