this is so funny... yeah smoking is a problem for call centers! nicotine addiction becuase of the pressure
i myself smoke... i can't help it!

gerrycho and ziaroneyiski - yup, there are too many smokers in a call center. for myself its more of being able to interact with people i want to. i know it's not a good reason but it is a bonding session. should quit na!
one reason for call center agents smoking is the customers who gives them a bad time.
