That is what you get if you max out your voice projection when talking over the phone when line is crappy.
I remembe last Friday when the President of the Company came into the floor wondering why the agrents were shouting on the phone
Haha!!! Monster!! I'm sure the mother told her what to say with callers who have accent or collections agency!
