Does QA feedback actually figure in the criteria for top agents?
Naalala ko tuloy yung mga araw na kasapi ako sa Sprint PCS ng TP.
May kanya kanyang trade secret kada team.
QAR- Usually qa's wouldnt know that...
Manong calbs- uu nga ... Mci days is paraparaan!
Blame the campaign drivers (or anything close to it)...or the managers...lol
Agents or the whole team are forced to do their own tricks to hit the target...
so nag MCI ka pla hazel? haha..nag MCI din ako under sykes..dun kung saan mismo may binaril..haha..
