Referrals like that are bad news for Call Centers. It would give your clients the impression that you're that desparate that they fill seats with as my former TL remarkeded: "kahit yung kumakain ng pares sa kanto"
It would also make walk-ins and other non-referral recruits perceive that the attirtion is that high and would make them apply elsewhere
