Cathy: Why is Rhea so angry? The call haven't started yet...
Clover: Of course, she already knew who the customer is...
Clover: ... from the screen pop!
Cathy: Oh my! That Mr. Woodcock is an ass!

I remember such call nung escalation supervisor pa ako. After I ended the call (denied fee refund), I went on aftercall. Upon auto in, may call na pumasok, sabi ni agent, "Sir, I have with me Tom Price on the line..." Interrupt kaagad ako, sabi ko, "Go ahead, put the customer through!"

Sabi ko agad, "Hi, Mr. Price! It's you again! Guess what, it's me again! Amd guess what again, I am not refundidng any of those fees! Anything else?"

Ang nak puts, baba ng phone agad. Pag-silip ko sa account ulit, Kano na esca na nakausap, naghanap na ng mas mataas sa sup! HA HA HA HA!
