Fortunately, with a shortage of seats no thanks to the Global Economic problems, we get to go on leave until jan 5

Nhil - hehe this actually happened in one of the call centers. they locked all gates so that no agents can go home early... no choice but to render ot... bad noh?

In our call center, we don't have one big building where they can lock the gates to ensure no one can get out. It's either they block everyone going out of the gate, or call back the people on the bus out already, but this is no longer an occurrence, it only happened about 7 years ago..hehehe
