Are they referring to the OM, Country Manager or even the big boss back in the US or Jesus Christ?
Or did they mean by highest as one who was under the most influence of prohibited substances?
Obviously, Mr/Madame Irate "Influential" God-Customer wannabe must be one of those who think they have the company bow at the knees and can fulfill their any whim despite laws of physics
