Magastos Magkasakit kaya, bawal magkasakit as the commercial goes.
It makes, TLs', OMs', QAs' and Workforce peeps'lives miserable if you call in sick. It will make spot reporting very messy
But then, what if you're down with something very contagious like the flu, chicken pox or SARs?
I guess, they'll let you use your leave creds for that
