Kakaiba ka, Kababaihan, back to back with 3D scultpors exhibit was held last night in Arts in the City, Global City in Fort. Presented by PICCA (Philippine International Cartoon, Comics and Animation) Thanks to Sir Boboy Yonzon for making this possible. It was the first Women cartoonists exhibit in our country. Opening speech of Sir Boboy below. Ribbon cutting was done with us, artists and the President of Japan Foundation.
Please come to the opening of "Komiks in Real 3D"a group exhibit of sculptors doing pieces inspired by komiks back-to-back with "kakaiba Ka Kababaihan" show of woman cartoonists featuring Beth Chionglo, Steph Bravo, Lyra Garcellano, Hazel Manzano, Aileen Casis, Mimi Romualdez, Araminda Fransisco and Syeri Baet. Oct. 14 at 6pm in Arts in the City. 26th Street and 7th Ave. Global City. Body Painting, cocktails and music too! Presented by PICCA.
